We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Upon Arrival)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at talk2us@jacketsuiting.com immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take necessary steps to correct it, including covering the cost of return shipping for errors on our part.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom products (such as special orders, personalized, or bespoke items).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow our return process: return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and the refund processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email within the 14-day period.

The item must be in a condition that allows for resale (e.g., in sellable condition, with tags and packaging).
Restocking Fee and Damage Assessment
A 10% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount for all returns that are not due to our error (e.g., "buyer's remorse," size exchange, etc.).
If the returned item or its packaging is damaged, our team will assess the damage, and a restoration fee might be charged accordingly and deducted from the refund.
Shipping Costs and Responsibility

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the price of the item itself will be refunded.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We can only modify or refund your order before it has been shipped. Once an item leaves our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.
Incorrect Information or Refusal of Delivery
If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect contact information or address provided by the buyer.

Refusal to pay necessary import duties/taxes (refusing import clearance).

Refusal to sign for the parcel.
In such cases, the seller shall not be responsible for the costs, charges, or losses incurred by the buyer, and the order will be treated as non-refundable.
Refunds Process

Inspection and Approval: We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.

Processing Time: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed on our end.

Bank Processing: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement (often 5-10 business days).
